Why the PSPGo is destined to fail.

Here are a number of reasons why Sony wants this system to fail.

1. Lack of UMD support. Now a console that has internal memory and supports UMDs would be awesome, but PSP 3000 owners who traded in their system to get this, just got a huge knee between the legs, and in the US they didn't even give out 3 free games like in the UK.

2. Requires brand new cables and other accessories. Why would they make a new sytem not come with the proper cables and lack support for 3000 cables?

3. Slider function fail. People have been reporting that their PSPGo's slider mechanism has broken, causing the system to be rendered inoperable. It's essentially the PSP RROD.

4. Changing the battery voids the warranty. Why would changing something that can eventually die void a warranty? Another epic fail on Sony's part.

5. Not all PSP games are in stock on the online store. You may have your favorite game on UMD, but if it is not in the store you are screwed.

That is why Sony wants this system to fail. What's next, they forgo support of the PSP 3000?

I was thinking of getting PSP Go.. But after what happened to my friend's Go, and what you have said, I was like "fck it, I'd rather just get a box of beer than waste 250 bucks for nothing.." lol..
