| I was just curious if there are many Military member either still in or not I was in the Army for 4 years I was a 19k M1A1 Abrahms tank crewman . Went to Germany and loved it..also went to kosovo for a stint and that was Great money but I don't think I have ever been so bored in my life. just curious to see how many other soldiers are in DoW | |

| I'm trying to get in the navy in a year or two, but yeah, I'm pretty sure I'll be in the military branch.. was being a tank crewman hard man? | |

| Oh man 19k in the house. I'm currently an 11b and a Staff Sergeant. Been in for 6 years now and loving it. I've been with 10th Mountain for 4 years, deployed to Iraq twice, and now I'm currently with 11th ACR training Soldiers for deployment. | |

| Tanks are a bad #*! piece of machinery but they are none discriminatory on who they kill you have to really be on your game and paying attention if you let your guard down for a second you will get yourself killed whether in combat or in Garrison.....

| The only deployment I saw was to Kosovo and it turned out to be good duty for the most part ... and mucho respect to you training our guys to go to the sandbox bro.... HOOAH! | |

| and one more thing sic7even remember this when you get out if you are not a lifer there really is not a whole lot of compatible jobs for a tanker in the civilian world which is something i didnt even think about being young it was hard to think like that so remember that when you are making your decision | |

| Hi Guys i left left navy the last year was in the gun bay loading the gun when webombed iraq in 2003 then back again the year later guarding the oil platforms. Been in total four times with the last time in basrah airbase maintaining the CIWS for the army guys. couldnt wait to leave got a family and kids now couldnt risk getting killed and leaving them without me. |

| yeah I totally understand I have thought seriously about reinlisting but I don't want to leave my kids fatherless if I had no kids then i would prolly go back in | |

Yep I used to be in the Army.... British Army.
Served in the Royal Green Jackets now known as the Rifles.
